Apologies to anyone who has tried to initiate an online chat with me using the Talk.to chat widget on the website.
I realised, to my surprise, that several of you had tried to talk with me yesterday ( 22/01/2018 ) and today.
The chat widget is, by default, automatic, and when working properly, normally shows an ’email’ notice if I happen to be logged out, and unavailable for any reason.
Thanks to the Tawk.to tech team helping me with the issue, the ‘chat’ widget is replaced with the ’email’ widget when I’m logged out, or busy, which is something of a relief.
You can now send offline messages as before. Everything seems to be working properly now.
